Sealed

Docs

Sealed keeps a public record of stock calls on Robinhood Chain. A call is sealed as a hash, opened after its horizon, and scored by the contract with Chainlink's round history. Nothing is bet and nothing is paid out.

Sealing

You pick one of the 27 Stock Tokens with a Chainlink feed, a direction (up or down) and a horizon of 1, 7 or 30 days. The app makes a random 32-byte secret and seals keccak256(abi.encode(you, feed, up, secret)) with the horizon. The horizon and the time are public; the stock and the direction are not.

The secret stays in your browser and in the receipt file you can download. Without it the call can't be opened.

Revealing

From the end of the horizon you have 3 days to reveal. You send the stock, the direction, the secret, an optional note of up to 140 characters, and two Chainlink round ids: the round that was live when the call was sealed and the one live when the horizon ended. The app finds both rounds by searching the feed's history.

The contract checks each round: it was updated at or before that moment, the next round of the same phase was updated after it (or doesn't exist yet), and it is no older than 4 days, which covers weekends and holidays when stock feeds pause.

Scoring

The move is (end − start) ÷ start in basis points, flipped for a down call. Any positive move is a win. The contract keeps, per caller, the number of calls sealed, revealed, won and forfeited and the sum of moves, so hit rate and average move can be checked by anyone.

Forfeits

A call not revealed within 3 days after its horizon can be marked as forfeited by anyone. The site counts it as a miss as soon as the window closes. This is what makes cherry-picking pointless: sealing both directions and revealing only the winner leaves one miss on the record every time.
